Are pension cold calls legal?
Unsolicited pension cold calling is generally banned, subject to narrow exceptions. A call being illegal is itself a strong reason to end it.
Can I access my pension early?
Normally not before minimum pension age unless a valid ill-health or protected pension age rule applies. Early-unlock offers are a common scam.
Where should I report a pension scam?
Tell your provider, Action Fraud and the FCA. In Scotland, fraud should also be reported to Police Scotland.
